PESASUR uses skipjack and fresh bonito most of the year. The size is small (1-2 kilos) which favors the excellent texture of the meat.

PESASUR does not use any chemical products in the process of making its preserves. The experience of the workforce that has been processing tuna fillets for generations guarantees perfect cleaning of the fish and excellent presentation of the fillets in jars and cans of all sizes.
